Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your mirror using the original custom crating and protective foam layers to prevent glass fractures during the return journey.
Courier Collection
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the crate and schedule a professional courier pickup through our designated fragile-goods carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
